Karl’s areas of teaching expertise include human resources, management, leadership, business strategy, international business and relations, professional communications, and health care management. He has over 17 years of teaching experience with graduate students and undergraduate students in adult degree programs at several local colleges and universities.
Karl has had a variety of leadership roles in human resources both domestically and internationally. His human resources experience has also broadened to several operational roles both in technology and now in the health care field. In addition to his professional career, Karl serves on a variety of faith based organizational board of directors bringing his expertise to those institutions.
Away from his professional life, Karl enjoys sports and often is found helping coach or cheer on his two daughters in their athletic and academic endeavors. An active traveler and outdoor lover, Karl has set a goal of hiking as much of the Appalachian Trail as he can as time allow!
Karl has a MBA from Kutztown University and a BS in Human Resource Management from Messiah College. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and certified with the Aging Services Professional from Leading Age.
