Where Business and Technology Intersect

Home / Wiedeman, Pam

pan-wiedemanPam is passionate about the process of learning and in facilitating that process for others. As an educator, Pam has designed and delivered programs for over 20 years on a variety of subjects including business writing, communications, problem solving and decision-making, performance management, and team development. In addition, she managed the School of Leadership within a corporate university where she translated key leadership competencies into uncomplicated strategies that improved both performance and relationships. In her programs, she looks for specific ways to connect with learners to help them capitalize on their individual talents, skills, and knowledge.

During her career, Pam has sought out diverse roles. As a consultant, she created critical business processes for clients who were deploying a learning management system. Pam launched a small retail business (LYS, local yarn shop) where she created a community of knitters and delivered a calendar of classes to eager adult learners. Currently, Pam tutors high school students in critical reading and writing areas and sees consistent increases to their college entrance exam scores. In addition, she partners with a local organization to manage their HR-related needs for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.

On a personal note, Pam is an avid reader and is always hunting for the next best book to discuss with others. She also enjoys knitting and walking on the trails near her home. She can be found doing both as she listens to an audiobook.

Pam holds a M.Ed in Adult and Organizational Development and a BS in Business Administration (where she majored in Marketing but completed as many English electives as possible). She also attended a Teacher Intern Program where she studied secondary education for English.
